Look, I am the first to admit that I'm no damn historian but at least I won't 
lose no sleep or 
get all defensive/feel unsecure and nit picky/detail oriented/psychotic about 
it if Blacks created/influenced alot of the music we like or choose to like.  
It is sad because Blacks don't always get the credits they 
deserve for their accomplishments...there's always people trying to hi-jack 
their s*it.  
That makes me sick.  For me, its like "man, those guys made this beautiful 
music...good for them!"
and that is my point!

Duh, I know there are Celtic, Native American, and hell, even Chinese music.
have you ever heard music for a Chinese lion dance???  It's pretty funky...
but Celtic, Native American, and Chinese music is irrelevant to what I'm 
saying
about Blacks and the Black influence on music.
