Yes, Clark played some great stuff, as always. I think in 10 years
people in Detroit are going to look back & realize just how influential
Clark's DJing has been on a lot of people (especially other DJs). I
certainly number myself among those touched by his good taste.

Geez, Mike, I gotta remember to put you on the guest list more often ;-)

Thanks for the kind words - I really appreciate it. To answer Jeff
Richards' question:

> Does Bill have any demo's available...maybe a CD...promo stuff?

I don't have anything publicly available on CD or vinyl yet. I do have
MP3s from my live set at DEMF available at my website:

I'm hoping to get studio recordings of a couple more tracks done in
early January & then start shopping that around as a demo. Also, I've
completed a record for Dale's THX series - you can hear the live version
of that track as the last MP3 on my site.

As for Dale, here's to hoping the gods of the live PA smile upon him
soon. The people who were at Motor on Wednesday probably have no idea
just how hard this guy worked to bring them the 20-25 mintues of his
music that he was able to perform. I was holding his sampler's hard in
the air for 5 minutes or so while he installed extra RAM in the borrowed
S5000 he finally obtained for the evening, and he played with no
soundcheck or proper set-up.

I think if he had been able to play the full set, people would have
really gotten a chance to hear some good stuff - Dale's live set has
been faster and a bit noisier than his recorded stuff. I think his next
set of tracks are going to be ones to keep an eye on...

Anyway, Wednesday was a fun night for me - thanks to all who showed up.
I'll try to reciprocate by getting my butt in the studio & finally
getting some more stuff recorded :)

Cheers,

Bill
