I've been waiting for some talk about Fingers, Inc.! I love his/their stuff
and I'm activly collecting it right now. He's what I know:
Mystery of Love by Mr.Fingers/Fingers, Inc. originally released on
Alleviated Records (catalogue # ML-2201) year 1985
Then release on DJ International Records (cat.#DJ-892) in 1986.
charted in Billboard at #35 for 12"singles sales the week of April, 26,
1986, and #25 for club play May, 14, 1986.

Can anyone confirm the exact catalog # & appearance of the FIRST pressing
of "mystery of love", NOT the one on DJ International. My copy is
supposedly ML-2201 (alleviated records), however it also has a second
catalog #; It is a white label with black type.
I believe I have the original pressing, but I would like the input of
anyone
with extensive knowledge of early Chicago/ Larry Heard. Any help is
appreciated. Thank you.
