why not remove the artist from the whole formula?
Or how about reducing his/her importance, leveling him/her with the
audience - equalling them?

Why block your self from expressing in some attempt to understand another
person?  First off, it is near impossible to interpret what the artist means
to say, *if* he is saying anything at all.  Second of all, why be sheep,
guided by one man?  Everyone has creative power, so why not express it?
