Ukraine, in small townUzhgorod.& I want to express my opinion...
I think that the real DJ is that "man", that can bring people move over the
dance floor ("The DJ make U move"), & no matter in what way he did it. If
people dance,catch rhitm & think only about music... The stream catch them...
They flow in this stream. & no matter what "make" this music (PC, hands or
mind)... But: there is one vital "thing" - Big clubs (popular) demand "live
play"(on turntable), Small clubs - ...
Every DJ begin "play", & no - without fail(with turntable), some mix samples,
some CD's...
Here is example: in our town U can't find Vinyl Disc (U must go to capital or
in forein countries, they cost from 10$ to...), but U can find some CD's (but
oftenly collections, they cost from 3$ (illegal versions) )...& there is one
BIG problem - MONEY...
Most of our DJ's mix on CD's (oftenly mixed collections)... But when U have
money...
We all think that turntable is right thing...But if U want to begin U may
training in any way...
There is many "beautiful" things in all ways of DJing. It's like: some like
D'n'B, others like Techno...
There is big space...& U do what U want to do...
