I don't think so,

very scarce. Mine's on Jack Trax FING 2,
I'm not sure if they're are other versions. Very nice even better than the
3xLP on Salsa ? which is still excellent, and more accessible
I hope u find it some day

I also have a copy of it on an old Jack Trax compilation (Jack Tracks 
5). The original Amnesia came out on Alleviated i think.
