LOUIS TECHNO! in case you didnt know St. Louis, MO is on the rise with techno producers. it is estimated that this once dormant city will rip out tons of new vinyl this year, and start giving such techno cities like Detroit a real run for their money. Well, maybe not, but we do have some phat techno producers here! We have some of that new STL vinyl, and demo cds tonight. So, we're gonna drop for you an all STL techno set. Expect to hear some slammin tunes representin STL from the likes of Surveillance Records, Technocolor Records, Beige Records, and the WEH8UCR00. The man, the myth, the legend.. came to STL last Thursday for a spoken word. Yours truely, along with GG Jim of ForcedEntryRecords.com, was able to interview Henry for 20 mins. I'm going to play the unedited interview for YOU tonight. Some of the questions asked were "what are your thoughts on": the future of america, future of music, your ideal date, and feelings on electronic music/techno. Henry answers the questions very well, and after hearing this interview you too will conclude that Hnery Rollins is THE MAN!
