Then ignore it. Personally I think it's been ably shown to be most definitely on topic, provided the participants show each other a modicum of respect, at least. I have yet to hear anything that convinces me this isn't worthy of discussion. There's a really condescending tone of tiredness in some replies, especially those that are trying to kill the thread. There's no need for that, just kill it by answering the points raised: it isn't about being "in it for the money", Moby, Ford, or any of these things, is it? Maybe I've got it wrong, but what Laura and Otto are saying is give dues where they are due. That doesn't happen - it seems to work along vaguely or explicitly racist lines (depending on your viewpoint, but you cannot deny it's somewhere on the scale) and that is surely just plainly and simply wrong. So whatever you think about underground, or Moby, or Ford, you surely think that fair is fair? So answer the issue. Your idealism is very nice and heart warming, but something wrong happens anyway, so your idealism is worthless, and unless you address it, you are being complicit in that wrong. Jonny.
