the word "schranz" describes hard, monotone, loop-based 4/4 techno. it was initially "created" by chris liebing and has now become a trendy word. the problem i have with this is that most people here in germany who think they're techno label everything they hear that is forward moving as "schranz". in some areas you even have people running around with big eyes and screaming this horrible word all night long. it disparages the music somehow...

Along the lines of Liebing, Kremer, and : the same type of stuff that was released by Beyer, Lekebusch, Mull, C Smith. : : Cheers! : : : : >From: Tosh Cooey <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : >To: [email protected] : >Subject: [313] Re: German techno that fits 313? : >Date: Wed, 04 Apr 2001 17:00:22 +0200 : > : > > : > > It is not crap but I guess it has plateau-ed in recent times.
