Thanks to the advice of the 313 mailing list, I went to see Joel Mull spin @ NAF studios in West Seattle, USA.
All I have to say is: "WOW!" Hands down best music I've ever heard at any gathering during the several-year span of my listening to electronic music. He definitely has picked up a few skills / new records since the bootlegs that I have of him were recorded. Cari Lekebusch, on the other hand, wasn't too inspiring. It was bunch of locked groove sounding records, and yeah he flipped his kill switches nearly to the breaking point, but, it wasn't all that impressive after seeing Joel Mull and Alexi Delano. p.s. Delano was a hidden surprise as well. For those of you that enjoy the mellower side of (hah!) techno, be sure to check him out.
