Personally I dont think the reason or the politics behind this situation is any of our business. Alan posted to his website last year his feelings on the topic and has remarked on it in interviews (use your search engine). He said in one interview he'll be posting an edited version of last year's letter to the site again. I just think it all needs to be put to rest. Alan will be playing at Record Time in Roseville-for free- around the time of the festival (sat.I believe?) and you can see him there.
