Well, I'm not a DJ and have no aspirations of becoming one but I have a
turntable and only buy vinyl. I used to get by just buying CDs but as my
tastes developed and my appetite for new, deep music increased I knew it
couldn't be satisfied without a turntable. Buying vinyl does open up a whole
new world, it just depends on whether you want/need to go there or not. I
wouldn't get too worried about it, if you can't see the need to get a
turntable then you probably don't have to, as long as you're enjoying your
music. Maybe these people who are baffled and bewildered by you need to get
a life of their own.

Respect
