I know there was a free street party called something like The First House on the Block Party. It used to be thrown by Industry nightclub, but since the club closed I don't know if somebody else is picking it up. I remember heading to Toronto a few years ago to see Mills, and on the way back to our hotel from record shopping we heard a subtle 4/4 beat, which got louder as we walked. At the end of the rainbow we found David Morales and Miss Honey Dijon playing for free in the middle of a huge street party. Not sure if this is the festival you are talking about, but this used to be held on Memorial Day weekend also. Cheers, John
