You might want to check out Hardwax, Tresor records, and a couple of others... Go here, http://music.hyperreal.org/rotator/germany.htm and make sure that Berlin is in the address. There are stores in Muenchen, Koeln and Dortmund listed as well, so be sure that Berlin is in the address... If you're looking specifically for techno as a genre, Hardwax is your best bet.
