The East? Hmm... I'm from Wellington, New Zealand, hometown of Involve, and I've never heard of us referred to as "The East" before. Hope this doesn't that mean that George W. thinks we're down with the Chinese? I know they've just lined up an indie act called Slow Moe (you can find him on mp3.com), and may well be shifting more in that direction... The new Aspen and Jet Jaguar albums are both great and almost out. Apparently those 12"s have been held up due to EMI's vinyl pressing plant (I'm guessing in the UK) being closed down.
