In the future, there is a "feedback" button to which you can send corrections you see on the site to-these are read by people and (as someone who works on them) most of the corrections are taken and put into place. Please, feel free to use this function on the site-as it is there for those that find it more productive to build than to tare down. John Bush has put years of work into this book and taken great pride and caution in putting it together, as AMG does with all its books...thanks for appreciating this.
