I have to agree with Jim.  John was the first to turn me on to Theo
Parrish's work.  If it were not for his recommendations over the years,
there are a number of stellar Detroit platters that I would have missed out
on.

for those in the cleveland area, Lance still works at bent crayon on friday
evening's, and sometimes saturday morning. John @ bent crayon is a walking
encyclopedia of music as well. I can't tell you how many killer records both
of these guys have tipped me off to over the years.  They're both really
great people.
