At Cranbrook on Friday nights... Fabulous Friday Nights June-August "Friday Nights" Explore all that Cranbrook has to offer on balmy Friday nights this summer. Stop at the Art Museum for special art openings and Detroit-based films, walk to the Institute for views of the stars and mind-bending science, end the evening with a romantic twilight stroll through fragrant gardens. Fee: adults $10/children (6-17) and full-time students $5. See below for a sample of events. Aug 17 7-11pm "A Night of Sound" Electronic-techno visionary Carl Craig manipulates the sound sculptures of Harry Bertoia to celebrate the exhibition's last week.
