There's an old Red Nail track from around '94 that samples a track that says
"I'm spasticus... spasticus", and it counters it with a female vocal that
sings "heeeeyyyyy". Could this be it? One of my favorite tracks from that
time. It's very busy with loads of percussion, and at least a two minute
intro before the bass kicks if that helps at all.
