Squarepusher has not gone out to Canada/USA yet because he is ill. Plaid and Mira Calix played the Vancouver gig with support from local DJs and have decided to do the same for Seattle and Portland. Hopefully Tom will recover in time to get out for San Francisco and the rest of the dates, if he does not the tour will be pulled.
