perhaps, but i was really referring to established labels (such as transmat, planet e, plus8/m_nus, moods and grooves, UR, etc to keep it 313 related) and the artists who release on them that would benefit from this, not your typical mp3.com artist whose material isnt quite in the same league in terms of quality or commercial viability.
