Thanks people for the recent news links. Like everyone I have found recent events to be horrific and feel it compounded by constant hypocritical rhetoric, and so appreciate the information. Nobody is immune from the most awful of ideological assumptions and it is frightening that this most obvious of lessons might not be drawn from the tragedy. Unfortunately, the falsity of assumption is all too often realised, if at all, after the harm is done. I fear that is the way we are heading and have been headed for far too long. And we are all individually answerable to truth.
