Tuesday still hasn't let me go. This whole ordeal has uncovered many things about old friends I consider close to me that I never knew; how almost totally ignorant they are to American foreign policy and world political issues... myself included until I lived in Canada for a few years and begun to realize how much of a nationalist media blanket the US lives under. Now that I'm back in the states it's a far more chafing experience than I had ever expected.
