I'll pay to listen to GOOD music and Average DJ
I'll pay for great music and a good dj. nothing less. I guess i think that track selection is SUCH a no brainer (and a matter of opinion) that if it in fact plays as much role as everyone says it does, djing is far less an artform than all of you wish it was. What's the point of saying that djing is some mystical thing that changes global warming when you're prepared to forgive someone for lukewarm talent on the mere fact that they play tracks you think are cool? Personally i don't give dj's such slack.
You'll have to pay me to go listen to Something that I don't want to >hear.. no matter how well mixed it is.
