One thing that should be mentioned: Being a pretty girl who spins only goes so far - in fact it can work against you with the ignorant and misogynistic, as was demonstrated here. People think you got the gig for talents that have nothing to do with SL1200s. Has anyone considered that Hawtin has Magda open because he wants to help her gain some visibility, and encourage more women to get involved?
