Regarding Transmat, as I've been told, R&S bought a minority interest in the
label to to release album projects, starting with Stacey's Silent Phase album
(and probably hoping to leverage itself into the often rumored, Derrick May
full length album). The only other release that R&S has released is the
Innovator box set. All the other projects Derrick had submitted to R&S (Tony
Drake, Indio) had been rejected so Derrick opted to release them himself.

I think that the deal with R&S is no longer in effect or Derrick took his
interest back.
