Sorry, I should have prefaced with 'in my experience' and distanced my statements from AMG. I meant, to answer the question as to who decides what artists go in the music guides, that the people the content are at the mercy of the editors. Some editors are much nicer than others, and it shows... witness AMG, one of the good ones.
