That's Christina Milian, a new artist on Def Soul they are trying to turn 
into the Latina Britney. The song has been a modest US hit and is at least 6
months old. I didn't pick that up, but there's something on the new Mary J
record that sounds hauntingly familiar to a Mills track from Metropolis on
the intro (I think).
