no, there's not. If a promoter signs a dj to a gig exclusively, why would they share the costs of flight and hotels with another promoter that the dj isn't supposed to be playing for?
So if you ever throw a FREE event.. where the artists play for FREE...
woa woa woa. you think the artists at the demf play for free (shh fred)? they get PAID to be there. The city of detroit pays them to play. All those artists aren't doing it out of the kindness of their hearts.
so if you throw an event where the artists get PAID, and you PAY for the flights, and you PAY for the hotels, you feel free to have another promoter snipe your dj.
