hi folks, i have just returned from my vinyl shopping excursion to
recordtime. from cleveland, it's about a three hour drive... but it's a
nice day and i have plenty of trax to hear in my car. it was a great score
this afternoon. i managed to get my hands on the first "three chairs"
double EP. new! it was a much better price than on ebay. i was also
fortunate enough to meet mike huckaby. the dance room was pretty empty, so
i got to talking with him. he's pretty excited about this year's demf.
mike's a great guy. he spun some deep trax... and i ended up grabbing some
EP's i would not have looked at if it were not for his suggestions. i wish
i could have stayed longer; maybe checked out SID or the Submerge offices,
but i had to get back home. all-in-all, a great way to spend a sunny
friday. i'll see you folks later.
