E.M.P. was a production company/record label ran by a kid named Nelz out of Rochester Hills, Mi. They hosted huge warehouse parties full of trance live PA's and candy ravers and other nonsense. After failing miserably in the party scene He has since moved to the west coast I believe. And I Believe the CD you are referring to consists of trance, no? Trance is what Nelz produced.
