it seem like the person who wrote the article was 
fustrated with them for shutting down when she was 
trying to do her job and get the answers to the 
questions people have been asking. 
with her actions and the way she acted it makes her 
look "too emotional" when "acting like a child" would 
have been a better non sexist description but then the 
author would be slamming mrs marvin.

and the author was quoting a person who work with her 
(if I remember right)
