hope everyone that attended the demf had a good time, and if the
afterparties were even half as nice as last year, i bet you all had a
wonderfull time. don't really know if i'd like to know how the UR, trackmode
and the planet e parties were, but i'm gonna ask anyway...
questions:
1. "how were the UR, trackmode and planet e parties?"
2. what track samples wheather report's 'will' off the album 'sweetnighter'?
it bugs me everytime i hear this song, that i can't seem to recall who's
sampled it. my guess would be carl craig, but to be honest, i have no
idea...
3. i bought a white label 12" last week, only with the inscription KDJ-23.
i checked http://www.twoplayer.net/kdj but that didn't get me any further.
it has 3 tracks on it: a1. shorter version of 'telephone blue' (peacefrog
018) without the intro, or the piano. a2. typical moodymann track, and on
the b-side a long slow piece (112 bpm) that ends familiar (as in: i've heard
this before, but can't quite place it). now does anyone know what this is?

chris gray - mental patient [deep4life] somewhere in between theorem and the
usual house.
keith tucker - stick it in your ear [end to end] i liked his releases on
psycho thrill and delsin this past year; i LOVE this!
theo parrish & marsellus pittman - essential selections volume 2 [trackmode]
not theo's best work, but there's one track on there that's made it worth
buying for me.
