A couple of things I can still remember from this weekend:
- Seeing Ms Marvin herself being driven like royalty through an absolutely solid crowd of people who couldnt move, having her security people bark orders at me to move the hell out of the way - Amateur hour on the sound system. I dont think I've ever heard exactly that many speakers overdriven in such an obvious fashion before. bravo! - Random ass-grabbings on Hart Plaza that I was unwillingly made a part of by some drunk guy in a mullet. - Having one of Detroits not-so-finest tell me that I shouldnt come to detroit except for exents like this because "It's the GHEEEETTTO". Way to represent your city, officer # 811! - The vast number of commercials that I would've otherwise not been exposed to. - The GREAT time we had Saturday night at C-Pop. No tensions, no attitudes, just a great time at the after-party. Extra props to C-Pop for the capacity-enforcement & non-smoking upstairs, because otherwise it would've been a big, smoky, undanceable sardine can.. Yeah, I know. I cant complain, it was a free festival, I didn't work on it, yadda yadda yadda... Just my 2 cents -P --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
