Sinomfish & Garfunkel did copyright scarbourgh fair, even though twas based on a folk song (subject to change over time you know, in a generation kind of way), personaly I think it's a bit wank that people bother with that kind of thing. It just stagnates the evolution of music. No one lives forever, so what's the point in copyright?, oh yeah.. that artistic necessity; MONEY, nothing to do with crying cuz somebody made a more popular version, boo hoo.
