Yeah, Maarten has me looking for this track as well - the vocal is not from
Yello's "Oh Yeah" - it's more of a chorus, dominated by a female I think.
The drum loop reminds me of Samuel L Sessions ( I think he sampled the
drums from the track we are looking for from the one Derrick and Juan
play). Todd Terry looped sounds pretty accurate - and if it's from '95 can
we assume that it's not a Player track? Maybe on Primitive? They did lots
of tribal tech-housey stuff in a Pure Science sort of way...

could be, but for the tribal track : i don´t mean orange from hawtin.. it´s
another one.. Atkins played it also somewhere in 95! It is hard as steal
with the best drum loop i´ve heard in ages! (comes close to todd terry
actually).
