I'd say grab all the early brett dancer 12"s they are
real nice..., um also they had a re-release of an old
chris grey album I think his first one that came out
it was the "emotional distortion" album...great one!
dig lots of brett dancer's stuff too altho still the best one i have heard
is that collabo with rick wade on chord 44!!
on the Music Is label. what else ...some of the kdj
records...think there is at least 1 or 2? that first
abstract fusion compilation is nice too. Trackmode and
i dont think the first abstract fusion is too hot myself, altho the jordan
fields and a couple other tracks on there certainly make it a worthwhile
purchase!
also i really like that theo parrish one with "music pt.2", the a-side
doesnt stand out and is typical parrish but the b-side has those slightly
italo-y chords which are very very nice...a standout among parrish stuff
imo!
no need to mention larry's stuff i guess...;) duh!!
>bought it for the Joshua Dub version (the Joshua of
>Prescription/Balance =
>fame) on the B-side... cracking. That said, I
>actually like the vocal
wait which record was this!? i missed the start of this thread, but gotta
grab this...! huge joshua fan..when he's on!
I'll have to check that out matt. joshua's latest
stuff has been somewhat boring as compared to some of
his earlier stuff...the stuff I highly reccomend that
he's done in recent years is the last seasons record
he did and also a circulation record on global
communication...what else oh yah! he did this double
pack thing with diz called "love it dub it" on silver
network and the iz and diz "love vibe" ep on Aesoteric
yezzz!! plus also check out the recent diz & gene farris record on
greenskeepers, the diz tracks are subtle and great.
