I have one that is a CD player, and all you have to do is copy the files in MP3 format onto a CD, with out converting them, and pop it in the CD player and it will play it. The downside is...I have a CD with 300 MP3's on it and it won't read that many. Upside...DJ Sets. You can get 10-15 1hour long DJ sets on one CD! Great for long road trips.
