I've never seen Carl Craig play but the only time I've been to one of Jonah
Sharp's Bored Collective nights, I was pretty disappointed with the night.
It was more of a social/chatty type of atmosphere than a get down and dance
thing, in fact they had story telling breaks where people could go up and
tell stories in between sets which was entertaining, for a bit. Actually,
DJ Spooky showed up unexpected that night and gave a little speech about
the poverty of the third world and how not even half the globe's population
had ever used a telephone. But a few days later I saw him on a GAP
billboard; how ironic. so I'm guessing Carl Craig will be doing a
downtempo/ambient type set, but hopefully that is not the case since it
goes till 4. If you or any other SF 313ers want to meet up at Club six hit
