Archer is the best for the buck! Mike and his crew do
a great job and they've pressed all our 12"s with
supreme quality for a domestic pressing or even any
pressing. United can press 7"s very cheap but doing
well i wouldnt say supreme quality! (c'mon!! you're kidding right toe?)
there's plenty of places in usa that do higher grade vinyl (for a lot more
$). but its solid quality and great value. it's not super quiet vinyl but
its not bad at all. good standard
don't even want to stock them. go with archer for
pressing. best prices in north america as far as I
know. If anyone knows a cheaper place point it out.
there are probably half-a-dozen places that are cheaper, the first that
comes to mind being Acme (which is also perfectly fine as far as i have
noticed/heard); there's more to weigh than price tho, like turnaround, extra
vinyl services (colors etc)...
