I checked it out last saturday, and in a way it comes with a touch of
magic, that it really touches the standard of virtual sex, intergalactic
beats, and other techno soul compilations!! (i now just see press thing
below, but i wrote this before reading it.. .. ) - ha, so for me project
succeeded.. ;)
a job very good done, and (if you ask me) an essential purchase for all
soulful sci-fi techno lovers!!

Soul In Motion is a collection of classic and more recent electronic songs.
Compiled with love by Enrico Crivellaro (Volcov / Isoul8 / RIMA) of Archive
and Neroli fame, the project started two years ago after his meeting with
Umbi Damiani (Irma's Head of A&R) and Matteo Sola (MAT design). The idea
behind the compilation was basically to follow the footsteps of classic
various artists albums like "Techno 2", "Panic In Detroit", "Virtual Sex",
"Deepest Shades of Techno" and "313".
From the electro funk of Carl Craig's "They Were" and the hard to find 4
Hero rework of Yellow Magic Orchestra, from Drexcya's 80's sound and
Hannah's analogue opus "Ghost" to Domu's epic house cut "The Long Way Up"
and Envoy's late night techno of "Leave This World Behind", this is a
journey through classics and more obscure gems where melody is the key.
