(313) Whatever happened to Mark Franklin ?

This guy's credited as author of "Release to the system", the great track
that opens Warp's "Artificial intelligence II" comp... It's the only one on
those comps I've never heard of elsewhere, does some historian on the list
know whether it was an alias, or if he released other stuff on other labels
