I might as well pile on here too. As has been said, there are only 4 MA 12-inches so far and all are must-haves... not a filler track in the whole lot. I personally like the slow paced release schedule and utmost attention to quality and production values. It rewards close listening, all the details. Nothing is rushed. My faves are 1 and 3, but all are great. One of my favorite deep MA tracks is "Evidence" (a b-side on MA 3)... and can't believe it didn't make it onto their CD compilation! So first pick up the CD but plenty more b-sides to discover on the 12-inches after that. Back in 1999 or so I did an early review of MA #1 test press for 313... I'd love to try and dig that up and re-post... I did recall hailing it as a "future classic" and for once I think I'm still right. :) Also they had a pretty special live PA at Dan Bell's Seventh City DEMF afterparty (where John Tejada also spun a memorable set). Small room, crowd was up for it, and a giantic sound system. cheers, Matt MacQueen
