here in NY at least there was a bootleg house remix of Too High circulating that was pretty popular--it was pretty minimal as I recall, just the bassline/groove looped up into a house beat. it was a white label w/ no artist info other than 'stevie wonder too high rmx' does that fit the description? maybe someone else can fill in more behind the scenes info...
