ahh... I see the person wanted people to think it was posted to the list with (313) in the header. So we can assume this person must also be subscribed to the list, we have a UK and Netherlands reference and an emphases on the word techno. "techno as the next big thing" being sarcasm, directed at people like myself who use the word techno and post about the techno genre.
