To be honest, I was hoping you guys would also bring up the Pylon and Stephen Mallinder stuff -- both tremendous influences on me as well.. but I am sure it is hard to see sometimes, no?
Pylon was overshadowed by the B-52s + REM, also coming out of Athens, GA... The Stephen Mallinder record is amazing, IMHO... if you can find it, track it down.
