Can I second Black Buildings most heartily, heard the *whole* album
recently rather than the vinyl EP and it is awesome (thanks Ken),
does anyone know if the whole album got a vinyl release?
Records I have inspected the inside of my eyelids to:
Global Communication - Remotion
FSOL - Lifeforms
Doc Scott - Mixmag Live (mentioned earlier in the D&B discussion)
Steve Reich - Drumming
Fripp & Eno - Evening Star
KLF - Chill Out
Mills - Every Dog Has It's Day Vol. 3
Lonnie Listion Smith - Visions Of A New World
The last one is also amazing if you're tripping heavily (.....I'm told)
BTW, does anyone have any contact details for Alex Patterson?
Dan
The boy and the Tree - Susumu Yokata
Black Buidlings - Detroit Esc Company
both can be amazingly complex and and on another listen quite minimal and
simple, i think it depends on how your brain is wired at the moment of
listening. but i cant sleep with music on. If anyone has any further
recomendations of Susumu Yokata I would gratefully receive them.
Many Thanks
Rav
