The solution is to let D May and C Craig run this years festival if
they cant take care of business they only have themselves to blame.
It's smart the city has D May on a one year trail basis.
While Carl is serving on the creative director/advisory board, he is
NOT...repeat NOT 'running' or producing the festival. This seems to be a
popular misconception throughout the community and on this board. That is
being administered by Derrick and he has hired Richard from his label to
oversee the logistics of everything. And judging from what I've seen/heard,
he's doing a fine job.
Carl's working in the studio on music. Finally.
So.. please disassociate yourself the notion that Carl is "running",
"producing", "directing", or "planning" the festival. He is a creative
director, and there's a world of difference.
