I had placed and order just over a month ago and heard back from them only sometime last week. It takes a while, but they will email you back with the portion of the order they are able to fill and ask you if its ok to charge it to your card (thats what I used anyway). They filled my whole order and sent a second mail today confirming shipment. Be patient with them, some things are worth the wait. -jason 6
