My favorite Mills moment -- I was standing behind him being a total fanboy at Zephyr in Paris, and he was shuffling through records with one hand, and reaching with the other hand behind him to ride a record. And bouncing to the beat. I usually don't watch DJs for very long because they're not doing anything interesting -- with the exception of guys like Bone and TP. I ended up watching Mills nearly his whole set because he was so visually arresting. His hands move so fast it's like watching hummingbirds. Amir Daza was there too, shooting floppies full of movies with his Mavica. I wish some of those little videos would see the light of day.
